Electricians are here fir the rough in. Plumbers soon behind to set stacks and relocate the the hose bib. All rental equipment has been returned.

Framing up. Tarps on until roofers arrive mid-week. Walls sheeted and tyvec covering on and windows re-set. Stairs poured.

LULL ON SITE. FRAMERS PULLING DOWN GUTTERS. WAITING FOR TRUSSES TO ROLL OFF.

On Monday we had to remove the Cure blankets temporarily to smooth out the wall to Spec and pull a line to square the new stem wall with the existing.

Blankets are holding despite wind and we are maintaining them wet. The rain is a big help.
Mock Wall up and ready in 3 days for inspection after mortar cures.

The first 12" fromthe top of the stem wall have been smoothed out and the brick ledge all arond has been cut to a straight line. Curing blanket are holding.

Forms were pulled 24 hrs after pour and the outside temp was a cool 41 deg F. We will be back-filling tomorrow and try to stay ahead of the rain.
