Bad Weather

This Week has almost been a total wash. Pun intended. After tornado and Flood warnings until 1pm today, Rain was constantly hammering the site. The Rest of the weeks weather looks like this:

Rain moved in very early this morning. No work is possible.

The weather has not been good to us over the weekend and into the beginnings of this week. Rain early this morning and Muddy conditions have caused work to halt on the Cary addition. Weather for Cary, NC 2751

Rain cut out at around 6am. We hope the weather holds up long enough for the ground to dry out and proceed with footers.

Heavy rain continues through the morning. Ground too wet to work footers.

Rain. And lots of it. Depending upon tomorrows conditions we could lose a day.

The meeting with City engineers, Architect with his civil engineer, and RTP gradind will be at 1pm today. Also, we'll have a preinstall meeting with the Masons.

Work on the sidewalks has been halted by City. Sidewalks, as now formed, are set to high. A meeting has been scheduled today with the City & architect.

Sidewalks

We are moving forward with sidewalks along Seabrook. The Northeast has been graded and formed. By mid-day we will have the rest of the proposed sidewalks formed and ready for City inspections.

Sidewalks are bieng formed. Working with the City of Cary to ensure the all ADA req are met on the ramps.

In addition, the west entrance has been graded and will be ready for forms Monday.

Good day today. Electricians have removed the light poles. Please note that the rest of the parkink lights will be out as they are all conneted.

Work starts today on the southeast corner. We will be falling all trees indicated.

Great day today. All the plants specified are out of the way. Posts and caution tape have been placed for the members, who will be attending tonight's activities, to be alerted of what areas to avoid. The site is clean and ready to continue more exterior demo tomorrow.

Demo crew is on site to begin exterior clearing.

Clearing demo starts tomorrow on the outside of the building. Excavation Cut & fill pad next with good weather holding.

September 14 - Permit in Hand and Existing Building

Permit is in hand. Graders are mobilizing at one o'clock. Life is good people.

Silt fence completed by day's end. City inspection set for Mon 13th.

The plumbing permit is still being reviewed. I'll keep preasure on the City.
