We've passed our city inspections for plumbing and electrical rough. Framers are here finishing the demo in the classrooms.

On Monday we had to remove the Cure blankets temporarily to smooth out the wall to Spec and pull a line to square the new stem wall with the existing.

Blankets are holding despite wind and we are maintaining them wet. The rain is a big help.
Mock Wall up and ready in 3 days for inspection after mortar cures.

The first 12" fromthe top of the stem wall have been smoothed out and the brick ledge all arond has been cut to a straight line. Curing blanket are holding.

Forms were pulled 24 hrs after pour and the outside temp was a cool 41 deg F. We will be back-filling tomorrow and try to stay ahead of the rain.

The re bar is in. Unfortunately, we had to cancel the inspection scheduled today due to rain and after a late start we completed the forms, blocking and called in for another inspection. The site was cleaned but a heavy down pour has made work very muddy. As the weather improves, we will make sure that all the mes from the weather is cleaned properly.

The weather will be a deciding factor in this weeks concrete pour

Weather could have been better. We were rained out today. We pulled forms on the sidewalks formed yesterday and started demo on the post footers.
